Review of the existing layout or design of a new striping plan with the property owner

  2. /02

Power cleaning of the surface to ensure paint adhesion

Chalk line layout and measurement of all markings before any paint is applied

Installation of any required stencils — handicap symbols, arrows, lettering

FAQs

Straight
answers.

The questions we hear most. Got one we didn't cover? Ask us.

  • How long does parking lot striping last?

With traffic-grade paint, striping typically lasts 1–2 years in high-traffic areas and longer in lighter-use lots. Thermoplastic markings last significantly longer. We'll recommend the right material for your situation.

  • Can you re-stripe over existing lines?

Yes, as long as the existing layout is still correct. If you're changing the layout, we'll black out the old lines first and lay out the new plan from scratch.

  • Do you handle ADA compliance for parking lots?

We do. We'll make sure your lot has the correct number of handicap spaces, proper access aisles, signage locations, and slope requirements per current ADA standards.
